A dream garden

We recently returned from spending a week at the Hotel Gianna. I cant praise this hotel enough, it was outstanding in every department. Exceptionally run by the family Gianna who where friendly courteous and assist-full, always at hand to assist with our queries, the staff,also being so assisting. I would not hesitate in recommending this hotel

This was our second time in Gianna. The owners are extremely helpful - they can assist you with all your ski needs, by putting you in touch with a ski rental place , ski school, a doctor (if someone is not feeling well), or anything else really. You get your own dedicated ski locker, with ski boots drying facility - really handy and well organised. We really enjoy the food at Gianna - it is a top notch! The hotel has a pool, jacuzzi, sauna and an in-house massage service - several options really to spend your afternoon after a busy day skiing.

Our family of four enjoyed our six night stay during Christmas. Delicious breakfast buffet set us up for days filled with skiing, hiking to refugios, and a walk through the forest to the nearby ice waterfall - all expertly informed by the suggestions given by the front desk. I wish we lived closer so that we could return often!

Excellent hotel, location and service. The food and wine selections were also excellent. The staff always went out of their way to ensure we had a great stay. Plus a wonderful spa, with so much to offer!
