Dish of the Strada dei Vini e Sapori:
Trentino Lard, fresh Trentina sausage on crusty bread, Sisam or ‘aole del Sarca’ (blay fish cooked with onions, salt, vinegar, oil and pepper) with Bleggio walnuts, Dro plums with Trentino honey, Spressa (cow’s milk cheese) from Rendena and smoked Pancetta from Caderzone. Nosiola wine from the Valle dei Laghi area to drink with the dish.
Strangolapreti (local dumplings) with butter, salvy and Parmesean.
Grilled argentinian beef steak on fresh salad of season.
Beef fillet of the Rendena Valley flavoured with pepper served with Porcini (wild mushrooms) grilled.
