The “Stube di Gianna” is our gourmet proposal.

In the heart of the structure, our guests will find a niche of flavours, a cuisine whose aim is to evaluate the traditional Trentino’s taste, also glancing at the new proposals of the national and international cookery.
As an after dinner it will be possible to taste our traditional “grappa” at the Hotel’s Wine Bar, together with Mr. Rudy.

Dish of the Strada dei Vini e Sapori:
Trentino Lard, fresh Trentina sausage on crusty bread, Sisam or ‘aole del Sarca’ (blay fish cooked with onions, salt, vinegar, oil and pepper) with Bleggio walnuts, Dro plums with Trentino honey, Spressa (cow’s milk cheese) from Rendena and smoked Pancetta from Caderzone. Nosiola wine from the Valle dei Laghi area to drink with the dish.
